In his own words below, Adie shares his unforgettable Simcubator journey - a powerful example of how targeted entrepreneurial support can create a real impact.

"The Simcubator experience in Rwanda was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the warmth of the people, the vibrant entrepreneurial spirit, and an environment that fosters innovation and collaboration.

Simcubator provided an opportunity to learn from some of the most inspiring speakers and mentors. Their insights on entrepreneurship, business strategy, and innovation were truly eye-opening. Each session was packed with valuable lessons that I will take back home and apply to my business, CommuterSafe Systems.

One of the key takeaways was the importance of adaptability in business. The speakers emphasized how entrepreneurs must continuously evolve to meet market demands and challenges. Another crucial lesson was leveraging partnerships—collaborating with like-minded individuals and organizations to scale and create a more significant impact.

Beyond the lessons, I had the privilege of connecting with fellow entrepreneurs from different parts of Africa. The exchange of ideas, experiences, and aspirations was truly inspiring. The energy in the room was contagious, and it reinforced my belief in the power of community and collaboration in driving business success.

Rwanda’s startup ecosystem is thriving, and being in the heart of it was exhilarating. The country’s commitment to innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology was evident everywhere. It was inspiring to witness firsthand how Rwanda is positioning itself as a leader in Africa’s digital and business transformation.
