Introducing Martin Linder, CFO/COO and Branch Manager of Aiducation International

Aiducation International is glad to welcome Martin Linder as our new CFO/COO of the Umbrella Entity of Aiducation International in our family.
Martin takes over the CFO responsibility for the Finances of the Aiducation Group and will as COO work on the implementation of Aiducation International global standards and processes. In his function, Martin leads the Shared Service Center and acts as Branch Manager for Aiducation International. 

Martin comes from the German automotive industry and has worked amongst other positions as CFO of BMW India and CFO of BMW Switzerland. With his many experiences in Finance, Controlling, Auditing and Human Resources, he brings vast expertise to our network and is glad to support the good cause of Aiducation International. In addition to his profile as CFO/COO for Aiducation he acts as a lecturer at the Constance-based “HTWG University”.

Martin describes his motivation to work for Aiduction with the following words:

“We are not just our behaviour – we are the person managing our behaviour”. I found this beautiful sentence as a 20 year old student and made it my guiding principle. Today, in the mid of my fifties, I am glad that I found Aiducation International. Because Aiducation helps young, bright, underprivileged, but highly motivated people in Africa and Asia become personalities. With our scholarships, our academies, the alumni network and by supporting their business ideas.
