The 5th Edition of Our Purpose-Driven Leadership Academy in Nairobi, Kenya

This June 2025 in Nairobi, the 5th edition of our Leadership Academy powerfully demonstrated that true leadership begins from within. Forty Aiducation alumni embarked on a transformative journey, moving beyond traditional theory to explore the core of authentic leadership: purpose. Guided by ten dedicated coaches, the academy created an environment of electric energy where participants tackled profound questions like, "What defines me as a leader when no one is watching?"
