𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻’𝘀 𝗘-𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗦𝗗 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀

At Aiducation, we believe that mentoring has the power to change lives. For young people striving to achieve their dreams, having a mentor can make all the difference. A mentor provides guidance, shares wisdom, and opens doors to opportunities that might otherwise remain out of reach. This belief in the transformative power of mentoring is at the core of our mission, driving us to create meaningful connections between talented young individuals and experienced professionals.

In August 2024, we took this mission to the next level by launching an exciting e-mentoring program in partnership with MSD Managers. This program brought together 28 inspiring young talents from Kenya, the Philippines, and Ghana with experienced MSD Managers who were eager to share their knowledge and support. For all participants, this was their first time engaging in such a program, making it a truly special and transformative experience. Each mentoring cycle runs for one year, giving mentors and mentees ample time to build strong, impactful relationships.

The program brought together a diverse group of young Aiducation talents from three countries: 15 from Kenya, 8 from the Philippines and 5 from Ghana. Each of these mentees came into the program with unique goals and challenges. Over the past several months, they’ve worked closely with their MSD Manager mentors to navigate their journeys, set goals, and take steps toward achieving them.

As we reflect on the progress made so far, we’re inspired by the stories of growth and transformation that are emerging from this program. Here are just a few highlights:

These stories are just a glimpse of the impact this program is having. For many mentees, the support of their mentors has been life-changing. And for the mentors, the experience has been equally rewarding.

This program is a testament to the power of collaboration and the importance of investing in young people. By partnering with MSD Managers, Aiducation International has been able to create a program that not only empowers 28 young talents but also strengthens our belief in the transformative power of mentoring.

For the mentees, this program is a chance to dream bigger and aim higher. It reminds them that they’re not alone on their journey and that there are people who believe in their potential. For the mentors, it’s an opportunity to make a difference and to be inspired by the next generation of leaders. As we continue to move forward in this program, we’re excited about the progress that has been made and the potential for greater impact in the months to come.
