From 25th to 27th November 2024, 87 Form 2 students gathered for a three-day intensive program aimed at exploring diverse career pathways. With guidance from expert speakers such as Pauline Esther Wangari, who shared insights on career counselling and financing university education, and Cecilia Omae, who offered a deep dive into Kenya's university opportunities, participants gained valuable knowledge to shape their aspirations.
Aiducation alumni further enriched the experience through engaging group discussions and panel sessions, where they shared their real-world experiences and success stories. The highlight of the academy was a mini job-shadowing session, where students visited esteemed organizations, including Bรผhler Group's African Milling School, Uhai Neema Hospital, and Wilson Airport, to gain firsthand exposure to various professional environments.

By combining scholarships with tailored mentorship and coaching, we are equipping our scholars with the skills and confidence to excel in their personal and professional journeys.
