In the heart of Kenya, a resounding partnership between Aiducation International and DierkeHouben Leadership Advisors bore fruit - the transformational 3rd edition of the "Lead Your Self" Academy. For five impactful days from the 19th to the 23rd of June 2023, this journey transcended boundaries, sparking profound growth and nurturing purpose-driven leaders.

From diverse corners of Kenya, 32 passionate participants convened in Nairobi. Their common goal? To forge their individual paths towards leadership excellence. This mosaic of aspirations, united in purpose, showcased the remarkable unity that diversity can yield.

Steering this ship of transformation were six international coaches, led by the luminaries Anke and Kai from DierkeHouben Leadership Advisors. Alongside them stood three local coaches, each contributing a unique dimension to the journey.
