𝟮𝟬 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗼𝗼𝗿𝘀: 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻'𝘀 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁

This year, Aiducation proudly marks 𝟮𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽. What began with a simple vision; to ensure that bright young people would never be denied an education simply because of financial circumstances, has grown into a global movement of scholars, alumni, mentors, partners, and supporters creating lasting impact across communities.

Over the past two decades, Aiducation has demonstrated that investing in talent creates ripple effects that extend far beyond the classroom.

𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗼𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
One story that embodies this journey is that of David Katana, an Aiducation Talent from Kilifi County. Growing up, he studied by the light of a kerosene lamp, determined to succeed despite limited resources. Through Aiducation, David's potential was nurtured, leading him to become the first AiduTalent to visit Switzerland. Today, he is an Electrical Engineer working on solar energy projects across Africa, helping deliver sustainable energy solutions to communities across the continent.

His journey is one of many demonstrating how a single opportunity can change not only one life, but many others.

𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁
Aiducation's impact extends well beyond scholarships. Through mentorship, career development, entrepreneurship support, and a thriving global alumni network, young people continue to develop into professionals, innovators, entrepreneurs, and leaders who give back to their communities.

This long-term approach has also gained international recognition. Aiducation became the first non-governmental organisation to reach the final stage of Switzerland's Venture Kick competition, securing CHF 100,000 to further strengthen its innovative talent development model, proving that investing in people is one of the most powerful investments of all.

As Aiducation celebrates this important milestone, the mission remains unchanged: to identify talented young people, unlock their potential, and equip them to become leaders who create opportunities for others.
